ON THE CARVERY

Country-style roast pork loin with crackling

Deboned lamb leg, rubbed, marinated and roasted

Lemon & herb roasted chicken

Roasts served with lamb jus, mushroom or pepper sauce, crackling, mint sauce, mustards and horseradish sauce

ON THE HOT PLATE

Chicken Curry / Lamb Curry / Chicken livers in red wine sauce / Beef lasagna
